Who owns my website?
You do. Your text, images, logo, and brand are yours. While you are subscribed we build and host the site on our setup. If you ever want to leave, you can export everything (see moving away below).
What if I stop paying?
We send a reminder at 7 days late. At 14 days the site is paused, and billing keeps counting while it is paused. At 60 days it is removed, and we keep a backup for 90 more days. Come back within that window, settle up to two unpaid months plus the next one, and your site returns.
How fast will it be live?
Starter in 3 to 5 days, Standard in 5 to 7, Pro in 7 to 14. In a hurry? Rush delivery in 48 hours is +$20 when we have room.
What exactly counts as an update?
One update is a single batch of content changes done in one go: swapping text, images, prices, opening hours, or menu items, up to about 30 minutes of work. If a batch will take much longer, we tell you before we start and it counts as two or more. New pages, new features, and redesigns are not updates, they are quoted as extras.
What is a revision round?
Before your site launches you get two revision rounds on the preview. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent together. More rounds are $10 each. This keeps things moving instead of one tiny change at a time, forever.
Can I get my own .com?
Yes. We set up your domain and point it at your site, and we manage the DNS for you. Mention it when you order and we sort out the details together.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. Pay in USD or in Lebanese pounds at the market rate on the day. For now that is Whish, OMT, bank transfer, or cash, with in app Whish coming soon. Paying three months at once is welcome and means fewer transfers.
Can my site take orders?
Yes, on Standard and up. Your mini store adds a cart, and checkout emails you the full order: items, quantities, and total. No payment gateway to hack, no fees to pay. Fast and simple on purpose.
Why is it so cheap?
Because static sites are cheap to build and almost free to host, and we pass that on. No bloated dashboards, no databases to babysit, no agency overhead. Fast, safe, and affordable by design.
What is the 50k views thing?
Every plan includes up to 50,000 page views a month, as measured by our analytics. That is far more than most small businesses ever use. If you consistently go past it we talk first, and hosting nudges up a little. Growing traffic is a good problem.
Can I move my site away later?
Yes. A full static export is three times your monthly price, minimum $25, delivered as a zip. It scales with the site so big builds do not walk away for pennies, and we part as friends.
Do you write the text for me?
You provide the content, and we polish it so it reads well. You know your business best, we make it shine.
Can you refuse my site?
Sometimes, yes. We host under our own name, so we may pass on anything illegal, deceptive, adult, or that copies someone else's work or brand. Surprise and prank pages must be good natured and never target real people who did not agree to it.
